Delete Your Moo-No Account

You can request deletion of your Moo-No account and associated personal information at any time.

Delete Your Account in the Moo-No App

The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the Moo-No app.

1. Sign in to your Moo-No account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Account.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Follow the instructions to confirm your request.

Once confirmed, Moo-No will begin processing your account deletion request.

Request Account Deletion Without the App

If you cannot access the Moo-No app or your account, you can request account deletion by contacting us at: contact@moo-no.com

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Moo-No account whenever possible.

Use "Delete My Moo-No Account" as the subject of your message.

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

What Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, Moo-No will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account that is no longer required for legitimate business, security, legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes.

This may include information such as:

• Your Moo-No account and profile information.
• Contact information maintained by Moo-No.
• App preferences and settings.
• Other personal information associated with your Moo-No account that Moo-No is not required or permitted to retain.

Information We May Retain

Certain information may be retained after account deletion when reasonably necessary or required for purposes such as:

• Maintaining transaction and payment records.
• Financial reconciliation and accounting.
• Fraud prevention and security.
• Resolving disputes or investigating transactions.
• Enforcing our agreements.
• Complying with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Where appropriate, retained information may be de-identified or otherwise separated from the active account.

Blockchain Transactions

Moo-No payments may involve transactions recorded on the Base blockchain.

Blockchain records are maintained on a public, decentralized blockchain and cannot be deleted or modified by Moo-No. As a result, information recorded on the blockchain, such as wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and transaction hashes, may remain publicly available after a Moo-No account is deleted.

Moo-No will delete or de-identify information within systems controlled by Moo-No in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements, but Moo-No cannot delete information recorded on a public blockchain.

thirdweb and Coinbase

Moo-No integrates third-party services, including thirdweb for embedded wallet infrastructure and Coinbase for applicable on-ramp, off-ramp, and identity-verification services.

Deleting your Moo-No account deletes your account with Moo-No according to the process described above. Information maintained independently by third-party providers may be subject to those providers' own account, privacy, retention, and deletion policies.

If you have an account or information maintained directly by a third-party provider, you may need to contact that provider separately regarding deletion of information maintained by that provider.
